this class is only available in-person in San Luis Obispo County, CA.
if you learn better in an in-person setting but don’t want to pay for 1:1 instruction, this is the class for you!
invite your best gal pals and go in on a class together. group classes can be tailored to those who prefer to chart to conceive instead of just natural birth control.
$200 per person, minimum of 4 participants. Ideal group size is 4-6.
this class includes a discounted client call for an individual chart review/ support after the class concludes.

meet with me once a month in person for individualized instruction. this includes three 2 hour meetings of instruction spaced one month a part, plus a chart review after three full months of charting.
